Bio

Professor Firas Al-Niaimi is an award-winning Consultant Dermatologist and the UK’s first Professor of Laser Dermatology. With over 20 years’ experience, he trained at the world-famous St John’s Institute of Dermatology in London and went on to complete advanced fellowships in Mohs surgery and laser medicine. Internationally recognised as one of the most published laser dermatologists, Prof. Al-Niaimi has authored more than 230 scientific papers, 10 book chapters, and a leading dermatology textbook. He has delivered over 500 lectures across 58 countries and trained thousands of doctors in advanced skin and laser treatments. His clinical expertise covers laser resurfacing, scar and pigmentation correction, skin cancer, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic dermatology, combining scientific precision with a patient-centred approach. Twice named Consultant Dermatologist of the Year at the Global Excellence Awards (2019, 2022), Prof. Al-Niaimi brings unrivalled knowledge and innovation to his Harley Street practice.
